Verify9Mail provides email verification infrastructure services. Our service validates email addresses through SMTP protocol handshake, DNS record analysis, and provider-specific API checks without sending any actual emails to the verified addresses.

Our infrastructure operates under fair use guidelines. Excessive verification volumes that negatively impact third-party mail servers may result in rate limiting or service suspension.
Email addresses submitted for verification are processed in real-time and cached temporarily to improve performance. We do not sell, share, or use verified email addresses for any purpose other than providing the verification service.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
Verify9Mail provides verification results on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for business decisions made based on verification results. Email deliverability depends on many factors beyond address validity.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
